Hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

Event Details:

Event Date and Time:
The event is scheduled to take place on [Event Date] at [Event Start Time] and is expected to conclude by [Event End Time].

Event Type:
The event will be a birthday party celebration.

Guest Count:
The anticipated number of guests is approximately [Guest Count].

Services Provided:

Venue Rental:
The Venue agrees to provide the Client with access to the designated party area within Playville's premises for the duration of the event.

Play Area Access:
During the event, all attending children will have access to the kids' indoor soft play area under the supervision of their guardians.

Party Package:
The Venue will provide the following party package:

Payment Terms:

Reservation Fee:
The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of [Reservation Fee Amount] at the time of signing this Agreement.

Final Payment:
The Client agrees to pay the remaining balance of [Final Payment Amount] no later than [Final Payment Due Date].

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If the Client cancels the event 1 day or less before the scheduled event date, the Venue will refund 30% of the total package amount.

Liability and Indemnification:

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Playville will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Playville harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the event.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By signing below, the parties indicate their understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
