– A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking, containing relevant details and guidelines.

2. Supervision:
– PlayVille requires a minimum ratio of one adult supervisor (teacher or helper) for every five children.
– Teachers and helpers must actively supervise and ensure the safety of the children in their care.

3. Entry Requirements:
– Only children from the registered school group are allowed entry.
– Parents or guardians of the kids aren’t allowed.
– All attendees, including teachers and helpers, must adhere to PlayVille’s entry guidelines.

4. Safety Regulations:
– Participants must follow PlayVille’s safety rules and guidelines at all times.
– Any unsafe behavior will result in immediate intervention by PlayVille staff.

5. Health and Medical Considerations:
– Teachers and helpers are responsible for providing information on any medical conditions or allergies affecting the children in their group.
– PlayVille staff should be notified immediately of any accidents or injuries.

6. Duration of Stay:
– The allotted playtime for the school outing is as per the confirmed booking. Additional time may be subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Facility Use:
– All participants must use PlayVille’s facilities responsibly.
– Any damage caused to the premises or equipment by the school group is the responsibility of the school.

8. Photography and Videography:
– PlayVille may take photographs or videos during the school outing for promotional purposes.
– If there are any concerns about this, please notify PlayVille in advance.

9. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled outing.
– Late cancellations may incur a fee.
