1. Supervision:
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult guardian at all times. Playville staff members are not responsible for supervising children; parents or guardians are responsible for their children's safety and behavior.
2. Age and Height Restrictions:
Entry is permitted only for children within the specified age range and height limits for each play area. Children who exceed height or age limits for specific areas must not play in those zones to ensure safety.
3. Proper Attire:
Children and adults must wear appropriate clothing, including socks, while playing on the equipment. Shoes, jewellery, glasses, and sharp objects must be removed before entering play areas.
4. Health and Hygiene:
Children and adults must be in good health to enter the play area. Individuals with contagious illnesses or infections should postpone their visit. Hand sanitization station is available at the facility. Please encourage frequent hand washing.
5. Respectful Behavior:
All visitors must treat each other with kindness and respect. Bullying, pushing, and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. No running, climbing on walls, or hanging on netting.
6. Play Area Rules:
Slide feet-first only and one child at a time on slides. Wait for your turn before entering or using play equipment. No food, drinks, or gum allowed on the play structures.
7. Emergency Exits:
Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and follow staff instructions during drills or actual emergencies.
8. First Aid and Incidents:
In the event of an injury or incident, please report it immediately to Playville staff. First aid kits are available at designated areas. In case of a serious injury, seek assistance from staff.
9. No Rough Play:
No pushing, shoving, wrestling, or other rough play activities are allowed.
10. Cleanliness:
Help maintain a clean environment by disposing of trash properly and using designated bins.11. Lost and Found:
Playville is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check the Lost and Found area for any misplaced belongings.12. No Outside Food or Drinks:
Outside food and drinks are not allowed within the facility, except for designated party times.13. Party Reservations:
If you're hosting a party at Playville, please follow the guidelines and rules provided separately for party bookings.14. Right of Admission:
Playville reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual who violates these rules or engages in unsafe behavior.15. Compliance with Staff Instructions:
